The Fish and Chip shop in Queen street Horbury went under new ownership in April 2018.
With extensive experience in the Food and Drink industry the new owners Andy and Lyndsey saw an opportunity to join the many individual family businesses that make up Horbury and give it its unique village community feel. The hard work of a complete renovation bringing the property up to its immaculate and pristine standards has been worthwhile as the Horbury Fisheries now stand proud on Queen Street offering beautifully cooked, fresh and tasty, quality Fish and Chips.
Andy and Lyndsey are proud of their food Hygiene rating 5 which is evident as you enter the beautifully tiled shop and encourage everyone to try their light and crispy batter cooked in beef dripping for a traditional flavour.
All the fish is cooked to order on most of the days to ensure the freshest possible taste.
Look out for the popular lunch time meal deals for one, two or family size offers and the ever popular alternatives such as Fish Cakes, Scampi, Sausage, Spam fritters and onion rings.
